Rob McKenzie - I recognize Tommy Law in back row at far left. He would be 3 to 4 years younger than the rest. His dad was on the town council for a while. Tommy had a birth hip problem requiring surgery and bracing and he never was able to get any faster pace than a walk as I recall. But he had a heart of gold.
