McLaren shines with three goals

Blues split week, one win one loss

The Blues played two games this week, winning one and losing one. 
On Saturday night in Niagara it was Scotty McLaren’s three goals that led the Blues to a 5-4 win over the Niagara Riverhawks. Jeff McDonough and Dan Attridge scored the other goals for the Blues.  Connor Ogg got the win in goal blocking 43 shots, while the Blues pelted the Niagara net with 49 shots.
Earlier in the week at Chedoke the Blues lost to first place Glanbrook Rangers 6-3 with the Rangers final goal into an empty net.  McDonough, Brady Bannon and Connor Fillon scored the Blues goals.
The Blues have a busy week they are in Glanbrook on Wednesday night, then at Chedoke for a home game against Hagersville Hawks on Thursday at 7pm, then finish the week in Hespeler on Saturday night against the Shamrocks.
The Blues will be happy to move back to Olympic Arena in Dundas for the remainder of the season starting December 1st.
